Welcome to KIBORX. These Terms of Service govern your use of kiborx.com and your purchase of products offered by KIBORX.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.
About KIBORX
KIBORX provides thermal imaging and optical products for lawful consumer use within approved U.S. delivery areas.

Eligibility
By placing an order with KIBORX, you confirm that:

You are purchasing for lawful personal or permitted commercial use; and

You will comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws relating to the purchase, possession, and use of the product.
Product Information
We work hard to provide accurate product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing. However, product colors, images, packaging, and certain display characteristics may vary slightly depending on your device or product updates.
We may correct typographical errors, pricing errors, product information errors, or availability information at any time. If a correction affects your order, we will contact you with the available options.
Please review the product page, included documentation, and applicable policies before placing an order.
Product Use and Safety
KIBORX products should be used only in accordance with the product manual and written instructions provided by KIBORX.
You are responsible for:

Reviewing current hunting, wildlife, property-use, and equipment regulations before use; and

Ensuring that the product is appropriate for your intended use.
KIBORX does not provide legal advice. Product availability or shipment to an address does not constitute a representation that a product is lawful for every possible use in that location.
Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order does not guarantee that KIBORX will accept or fulfill the order.
Your order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order request. KIBORX reserves the right to review orders before fulfillment and may hold, limit, cancel, or refund an order where we identify concerns involving:

Inventory availability;

Pricing or product information errors;

Payment verification;

Shipping address verification;
-
Compliance, export, or legal restrictions; or
-
Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.
If we cancel an order before shipment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Shipping charges, applicable taxes, and any available promotions are shown at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before accepting or fulfilling an order.
Payments are subject to authorization, verification, and review. We may request additional information where reasonably necessary to protect customers and prevent fraudulent transactions.
Shipping and Delivery
KIBORX currently ships only to approved delivery addresses within the contiguous United States.
Shipping times, fulfillment locations, delivery estimates, signature requirements, address restrictions, and shipping charges are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Please review that policy before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to provide a complete and accurate delivery address and to comply with applicable carrier delivery requirements.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Eligible return requests must be submitted within 15 calendar days of the carrier-confirmed delivery date.
Return eligibility, RMA requirements, restocking fees, return shipping costs, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Please do not send a product back without receiving an RMA number and return instructions from KIBORX.
Limited Warranty
Eligible KIBORX products include a Two-Year Limited Warranty for covered defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the terms of our KIBORX Two-Year Limited Warranty.
The warranty is separate from the 15-day return policy. A product outside the return window may still be eligible for warranty service if it meets the warranty terms.
Export and Transfer Restrictions
KIBORX currently sells and ships only within approved U.S. delivery areas.
You may not export, reexport, transfer, resell for export, or arrange delivery of a KIBORX product in violation of applicable law or without any required authorization.
We do not ship to international addresses, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or known freight forwarders.
KIBORX may cancel or hold an order when we identify potential export, transfer, address, or compliance concerns. This does not remove KIBORX’s own legal compliance responsibilities. Export control obligations cannot simply be transferred to a customer or freight forwarder.BIS exporter responsibilities
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including trademarks, logos, product descriptions, images, videos, graphics, text, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to KIBORX and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use website content without prior written permission from KIBORX.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. KIBORX is not responsible for the content, availability, policies, or practices of third-party websites.
Limitation of Liability
