Shipping, Delivery, and Order Handling
Estimated delivery time includes both processing time and carrier transit time.
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods, inventory transfers, or additional order review, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Orders may be fulfilled from a U.S. warehouse or an overseas fulfillment facility, depending on inventory availability and delivery location.
- U.S. warehouse orders: 3–7 business days after dispatch
- Overseas fulfillment orders: 7–15 business days after dispatch
- Split shipments: Some items may ship separately at no additional shipping charge
If your order requires additional processing time, we’ll notify you by email and provide an updated shipment estimate. You may cancel the order for a full refund before shipment if needed.

Business days do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays. All delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates:
Orders of $399 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States.
Orders below $399 are charged a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.99.
Signature Requirement:
Orders over $300 may require Direct Signature Required delivery where available.
Tracking Information:
Tracking details will be emailed once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active.
Shipping Restrictions:
We currently ship only to approved residential and commercial addresses within the contiguous United States.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, U.S. territories, known freight forwarders, or unverifiable addresses.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages:
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, delivery refusal, or failure to complete delivery requirements, additional actual carrier charges may apply. This does not apply if the issue was caused by our error or a damaged/incorrect shipment.
Compliance & Order Review:
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and will comply with all applicable laws regarding the purchase, possession, and use of the product.
We may place certain orders on hold for payment, address, shipping, or compliance review.
Canceled Orders & Refunds:
If an order is canceled before shipment, refunds are typically initiated within 2–3 business days to the original payment method.
