At KIBORX, we value long-term partnerships with knowledgeable retailers and business customers who share our commitment to responsible product presentation and reliable customer service.
If your business is interested in offering KIBORX thermal imaging and optical products, we invite you to submit a dealer application for review.
Who We’re Looking For
We welcome applications from qualified U.S.-based businesses, including:
- Outdoor and sporting goods retailers
- Specialty optics retailers
- Farm, ranch, wildlife, and property-management suppliers
- Professional equipment dealers
- Established e-commerce retailers with a clear U.S. customer base
Dealer Eligibility
To be considered, applicants should be able to provide:
- A valid U.S. business name and business address
- A professional website or established retail presence
- A valid resale certificate or other applicable tax documentation, if requested
- A clear description of intended sales channels
- A commitment to accurate product information and responsible customer support
- A commitment to comply with applicable U.S. federal, state, and local laws
At this time, KIBORX dealer sales are intended only for approved U.S. domestic business operations and approved delivery areas.
What We Review
To help build strong and responsible partnerships, we may review:
- Business information and retail experience
- Website, storefront, and intended sales channels
- Customer service capabilities
- Product category fit
- Expected sales volume
- Resale and shipping practices
- Compliance and export-control considerations
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, access to wholesale pricing, product availability, or any specific commercial terms.
Dealer Responsibilities
Approved dealers are expected to:
- Represent KIBORX products accurately
- Use current KIBORX product descriptions, specifications, and approved brand materials
- Avoid false, misleading, unverified, or exaggerated performance claims
- Sell only through approved sales channels
- Comply with applicable laws, platform rules, and export-control requirements
- Avoid international export, reexport, or transfer without prior written approval and any required authorization
- Notify KIBORX promptly if business ownership, sales channels, or fulfillment practices materially change
Dealer pricing, resale terms, approved channels, product availability, and any other commercial conditions will be provided only after an application is approved and a separate written dealer agreement is completed.
