EXPORT & USE POLICY

KIBORX is committed to responsible sales, lawful product use, and compliance with applicable U.S. laws and regulations.

This Export & Use Policy applies to all purchases made through kiborx.com, including purchases by individual customers, business customers, and approved dealers.

U.S. Domestic Sales Only

KIBORX currently sells and ships products only to approved addresses within the contiguous United States.

We do not accept orders for:

International shipping addresses
U.S. territories
APO/FPO/DPO addresses
Known freight forwarders
Addresses that cannot be verified
Orders intended for export, reexport, transfer, or delivery outside approved U.S. delivery areas

Product availability on this website does not mean that every product is available for shipment to every location.

Export, Reexport, and Transfer Restrictions

Products offered by KIBORX may be subject to U.S. export-control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”) and, where applicable, other U.S. laws or regulations.

You may not export, reexport, transfer, resell for export, or otherwise dispose of a KIBORX product in violation of applicable law or without any required authorization.

This includes, without limitation:

Shipping or arranging shipment outside the United States
Delivering to a freight forwarder for international transfer
Reselling to a person or business when you know, or have reason to believe, that the product will be exported or transferred unlawfully
Providing false shipping, end-user, end-use, or destination information
Requesting altered invoices, inaccurate product descriptions, or false customs declarations
Removing, altering, or concealing product labels, serial numbers, or documentation for export-related purposes

Export classification can vary by product and technical configuration. KIBORX does not make a blanket statement that all products are EAR99, EAR-controlled, ITAR-controlled, or license-free. Product-specific classification must be confirmed using current technical information.

The U.S. exporter remains responsible for determining applicable export requirements; using a freight forwarder or other agent does not automatically remove that responsibility.BIS exporter responsibilities

Order Screening and Compliance Review

To help protect customers and support responsible fulfillment, KIBORX may review orders for payment, shipping, address, product, export, transfer, or other compliance-related concerns.

We may request reasonable information needed to review an order, including confirmation of delivery address, intended end use, or customer identity.

KIBORX may hold, cancel, limit, or refund an order if we are unable to resolve a compliance concern.

State and Local Product Restrictions

Certain products may be subject to additional state or local restrictions based on their design, intended use, installation method, or applicable law.

Customers are responsible for reviewing current laws and regulations that apply to their intended use. KIBORX may restrict shipment of certain products to specific states or locations while legal or compliance review is ongoing.

Applicable federal, state, and local laws
Applicable hunting, wildlife, property-use, and safety regulations
Any product-specific restrictions or notices displayed on the product page

Dealer-Specific Requirements

Approved dealers must not export, reexport, transfer, or arrange international shipment of KIBORX products without prior written approval from KIBORX and any required government authorization.

Dealers must also:

Sell only through approved channels
Use accurate product descriptions and current technical information
Avoid misleading performance, legal, or export claims
Maintain reasonable records of sales and shipments
Notify KIBORX of suspected export, transfer, fraud, or compliance concerns involving KIBORX products
